Return window
We issue store credit for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking date. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer store credit.

Coffee & Tea (beans, ground and loose leaf)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened or used coffee products are non-returnable.
Unopened, undamaged coffee bags qualify for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase. No physical returns required—we’ll issue store credit to your account upon verification of your request and photos.

Non-coffee merchandise
Non-perishable items like brewing equipment, drinkware, and apparel qualify for store credit within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items showing use or damage may not qualify.

Non-eligible items
No store credit for: opened coffee/tea, gift cards, custom orders, final sale/clearance items.

How to request store credit
Email us at customerservice@perkifyroasters.com with your order number, items, and reason before the 14/30-day window ends. Include photos if applicable. We’ll verify and email a unique store credit code (valid for 1 year) to use at checkout—no need to ship items back unless we request for verification.

Shipping responsibility
We cover original shipping if we erred or items arrived damaged. Customer-paid shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos. We’ll issue store credit or send replacements at our discretion.

Store credit details
Credit equals your original purchase price (including tax, minus discounts). It applies automatically at checkout via code or account balance, never expires before 1 year, and is non-transferable. No cash value or conversion to cash.

Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges—use store credit toward a new order for the fastest resolution.

Local laws
This policy complies with US retail standards. Specific consumer rights may apply.
